This publication is an overview of Google App Inventor with sample
applications. Google App Inventor is a Google Labs project and it
is based heavily on research in educational computing.
Specifically, App Inventor uses the block editor technology which
is based on the Open Block Java Library which is used in creating
visual blocks programming languages.
