Washington Post), is the story of a high school rape victim who
received no justice. Third place: Hannah Dreier, 'The Disappeared'
(ProPublica), follows a mother who lost her teenage son to gang
violence. Runners-up include Jamie Thompson, 'Standoff' (The Dallas
