In der stationaren kardiologischen Rehabilitation steht kein geeignetes diagnostisches Instrument zur Verfugung, um individuelle und psychosoziale Probleme und Ressourcen der Rehabilitand_innen einzuschatzen. Dadurch werden bestehende individuelle, soziale, geschlechts- und altersspezifische Anforderungen haufig verkannt und angestrebte Rehabilitationsziele koennen nur eingeschrankt erreicht werden. Durch die Entwicklung einer narrativen Pflegeanamnese und biographischen Pflegediagnostik koennen im Gegensatz zur herkoemmlichen Diagnostik subjektive und kontextspezifische Bedeutungsstrukturen erhoben und vielfaltige Verstehensprozesse gefoerdert werden. Damit gelingt es, wichtige Rehabilitationsziele an die subjektiven Anforderungen der Rehabilitand_innen anzupassen sowie deren Partizipation zu foerdern.
