Stephane LaForte and Jacqueline York, passionately in love, are
caught between the rivalry of two powerful lords. This rivalry
shatters their world.
France grows weary with anticipation of war as the conflict
increases between the two most powerful lords of France, Lord
William of Poitiers and Lord Hugh of Lusignen. Further to inflame
their fury, dispute over a region called Fecond-Terre erupts
