A woman goes day to day working for a roof over her head and food on her plate when the exploitation and abuse of young girls are shoved in her face. With no one else to release these children of their abusive situation, she takes it upon herself to do something about it. Only one woman with the strength to put a stop to the exploitations of the babies she sees around her, she wonder's herself if it's possible or too much for her to handle alone. Book 1 in a 3 book series. Tomica Moon is a small town girl living in the mid-west. Graduating from high school she gets a job in a restaurant to pay the bills. Wishing that there was more to her life, she goes day to day with the same routine until one day she sees a stranger from her past that brings up memories she would have chosen to stay buried. A young girl on a street corner at all times of the night and a little girl that has closed herself off to the world. No one bothers to ask why, until Tomica Moon. There is a war brewing on the streets and it's hard to pick the good guys from the bad ones. All the while Tomica is in her small apartment trying to figure out her purpose in life, wondering if saving these children is her calling.
