What do they look for? Several reasons and issues are analyzed. In Chapter 8, two significant factors are presented as the common grounds for people with different religious and non-religious faiths. In Chapter 9, the four country developmental stages are discussed. Good or balanced governance provides fair policies, leading to stable and peaceful development at the lowest social cost. It is hoped that people and government leaders would manage different balances, leading to more peace.
