From growing up around the terraces of derby county and forming a
punk band, the mid life crisis took hold and after twenty years
away from the music scene it was time to throw away the slippers
and reform a band.Well being in a band is easy aint it, well no its
bloody hard work with little reward and just when you think its all
going well, life kicks you in the teeth and its all about keeping
your sanity whilst everything around you falls apart.This book is
