An amazing cookbook, This book is FULL with vegan recipes which are also HIGH in protein. Since I started cooking these recipes both my body weight and my performing in the gym has got so much better! My vegan life has got much easier with this recipe book that contains everything that you would ever think about.

High amount of protein in each recipe and easy to make!

This is an extraordinary formula book for veggie lovers who are hoping to zest up their ordinary cooking plans and furthermore offer soy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free plans with for the most part entire nourishments, it has been extremely useful can be prescribed to individuals managing certain hypersensitivities. There are such a significant number of tasty and simple to follow plans right now. The best part is they are snappy and simple to make. I have been utilizing these plans to prep for work and I'm extremely glad about it. I have an inclination that I am getting more protein in my eating regimen and I'm feeling increasingly vigorous at this point.

I’m a health and fitness trainer and use this book as a resource for myself and my clients who want to eat plant-based meals while maintaining fitness/performance goals. And the recipes are so simple so you won’t spend much time in the kitchen.

This is a great book, I wanted to get recipes with natural foods, without oils, salts or sugars which is what I got. Anyone who wants these ingredients can add them. For me, I didn't want anything luxurious, all I wanted was the basics and this book is great for that. I made some dishes and then I experimented. I would really recommend this book if you are starting this project and are not generally familiar with cooking dishes.

I received this cookbook and have been very pleased so far. I flipped through all the pages and found that there was a lot that i really wanted to make! I ran to the store today for the ingredients .... Sooooooo good cookbook! It could seriously rival any top chefs. Look forward to making many more of the recipes. The directions were easy to follow and all the recipes.

"Started my plant-based fitness journey a month ago and this high-protein cookbook has been a tremendous help. I’ve tried about half of the recipes and I’ve enjoyed all. For anybody looking for fitness information, good recipes and a very complete meal plan that can be stacked for years to come to, this cookbook is what you're looking for!

It is a pure passion of joy, love, having friends, happiness, laughter, and everything. This is a great cookbook all delicious recipes.

Love everything about this book. It contains pictures with each recipe, new recipes not found in any of the new plant-based cookbooks, a list of essential grocery items, helpful information, a meal plan for one, and much more. It has become my new favorite cookbook.
