Parkson City was once one of the most prominent cities in the
United States until the economic downturn. To spare themselves, the
wealthy of Parkson pooled their resources into building a massive
wall. The people left outside are forced to survive on their own
until one day, when a group of kids steals food from city. When his
sister is killed by one of the officer's, drunk, Robert James is
left in the dare of a mysterious elder who offers him a chance to
make a difference and change the status quo. After training for
nine years, he enters the walls of the city to find not all is as
he imagined-Parkson is in the midst of being controlled by a crime
