Salt Grinder is useless

I bought this item in May 2021 - just over 6 months ago. I live in Hillcrest KwaZulu Natal which is a humid area. The product claims that its ceramic grinding mechanism is long lasting, and is good for Himalayan Pink Salt and Wet Sea Salt. This is not true. The grinder does not work after such a short period - and will not even grind Maldon Sea Salt Flakes. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product
