The 21 Day At Home Boot Camp Workout was designed to help you drop
the pounds, gain strength, and lose a dress or pant size in just 30
minutes a day. The workouts are almost exclusively bodyweight
exercises with no equipment needed that you can perform at home or
on the go. While this is by no means an easy workout it can be
