This is a set of bright, shimmery Gansai Japanese Watercolours in
six gorgeous shades, ideal for calligraphy, illustration and brush
lettering. Traditional Japanese watercolours for professional
artists and crafters alike. These extra large pans (4.5 x 2.5cm) of
brilliant, luminous, high-performance paints are ideal for
sketching, illustration, sumi-e, manga, calligraphy and more. The
range includes a good selection of vivid colours with creamy
consistencies. All Gansai Tambi colours are highly lightfast.Apply
a wet brush to the pans to activate the colours. Gansai pans may
exhibit cracking due to extreme dryness or appear rough in texture
due to tiny air bubbles, however neither of these traits affect
their quality. This set includes the following colours: no. 830 Gem
Red, no.831 Gem Pink, no.903 Yellow Gold, no.850 Gem Green, no.860
Gem Blue and no.861 Gem violet.Kuretake Co. Ltd was founded in Nara
in 1902. They began by manufacturing Sumi Ink and have since moved
on to provide their customer’s with high quality markers, inks,
brush pens and a great range of pen solutions and writing tools to
satisfy every need. All their pens are made in Japan and are
suitable for both professionals and amateurs. Please note: for sale
in the UK and EU only.
