Discusses the objects and channels of attack in psychological
warfare. Analyses Hitler's methods during World War II of
undermining enemy morale and the ability to resist through four
general media: spoken, written, pictorial and material. Concludes
that in the future there must be trained specialists for
psychological warfare, as well as training for psychological
warfare the same as any other weapon of war.
