This book is in honor of my television co-host and daughter, Emily
Libhart, who had a passion for ministry using Russian interpreting
as a tool to reach the Slavic countries. Putting her faith in
action, she was compelled to share the gospel by risking it all.
God used her to send and take a million Bibles across the communist
border. She had a love for missions and sharing the gospel with
everyone through music and the Word. Shortly after her return,
Emily was soon visited and interviewed by the CIA, and a week
later, she was killed, being hit by a car while she was walking on
foot. The notes in this book are a sampling that arose out of
Emily's heart's cry-her transparent compassion for ministry and her
love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ... In this book of
stories about Emily and songs written by her she lives on in our
hearts and minds.
