Bought this for my husband who spends a fortune on biltong and it has been amazing! It has literally run every day for the last 5 months! If you are serious consumers of dröewors and biltong, then this is the machine for you. It's big enough to pack a good few kilos of meat in, but remember the more that's in it, the longer it takes to dry. It does have a fairly noisy fan (not excessive) so if you can put it in the garage or a storeroom, that would be ideal.

Electricity Consumption

This isreally good, but what is the electricity consumption, does it draw a heavy amount of electricity?
