In their relocation, Tippy Fish becomes unhappy with her second
floor underwater cave bedroom and wants to swap with brother, Toby.
An argument ensues and brother is sent to 'time-out' on a water
lily. After a scare by something on the riverbank, Tippy has a
change of heart and tells the real reason she wants to exchange
rooms. Life may be a great balancing act but at the end of the day,
the fish family love each other.
