This Book is one of the Best I've seen. Over the past few days, I’ve been reading quite a few Keto books and this one is the only I hold going returned to. The Recipes are full of dietary information, substances, notes, suggested substitutions, and if it is Vegetarian or Vegan. Lydia has taken all the guesswork out and made your life better. The recipes in this cookbook have to be in everyone’s kitchen.

this is more than just a cookbook

This is a great resource for vegans, whole food plant based people, or anyone looking to have a healthier way . The recipes themselves obviously already have the swaps. They are a mix of familiar and new treats, all in line with vegan and whole food diets. They each have tips,This is more than just a cook book, Well worth the purchase!

My favorite cookbook!

This cookbook is amazing! The recipes are easy to prepare. The photos are gorgeous. And everything I've made has tasted delicious! I am new to the vegetarian world, having gone fully vegetarian in January of this year after I received this cookbook for Christmas. I have Interstitial Cystitis and have totally revamped the way I eat and my nutritional outlook. I needed actual recipes to make for everyday meals and I have found a TON of them here. I have made probably 75% of the recipes in this book and love them all!!

This cookbook is very well written

This cookbook is very well written, I don't usually write reviews, but I can't help myself with that! I like that the author is not assuming that the readers know how to do everything; It takes you through the recipe step-by-step with a comprehensive explanation plus tips. I am glad I have these delicious recipes. I have prepared some very delicious recipes. So far I haven't found any extraneous ingredients, but they always seem to be options.

a beautiful cookbook amazing recipes

I love cookbooks and trying new things to keep food interesting. However, I hate having to buy some random spice or ingredient I will never use again. This cookbook is PERFECTION. I can flip open to almost any page and create a recipe because it calls for ingredients I buy regularly! The recipes are delicious, quick, and EASY. Did I mention delicious!? Even with a family of picky eaters, I can find something in here everyone will enjoy. Being plant-based is so important to me and my family and this cookbook is a lifesaver.

Delicious, easy recipes.

If you follow every recipe as she writes it you will have a delicious healthy successful meal every time. The book is well written with great attention to detail and has full-color pictures. It’s easy to follow and best of all the recipes are delicious. Lydia has an obvious love of food and her passion for losing weight and getting healthy has translated into the best Keto cookbook on the market. She really put so much time and thought into this book to make it as simple and easy as possible. For those who say they can cook, let me say this "if you can read you can cook" she makes it that easy for you. Never be afraid to try these recipes on guests either, you will always impress.

Best healthy recipes for your family!

It’s delicious, and I freaking love it! I’ve been lucky enough to have had some of these recipes from Lydia for the last six months and I have to say, they’ve CHANGED MY LIFE. I used to stress about diets and afraid of making a mistake and her guide and analogies make it easy to apply healthy living and still be able to enjoy life! And food! These tips throughout the book, winning recipe after recipe. This is the best keto cookbook I've ever used!!
