My husband and I are newbies into the world of Keto vegetarian. And this book was absolutely the best When I first read this book, we were so excited to be learning so much about eating keto! All the ingredients that have been used in these recipes use are so easy to find and not costly at all! If you're planning to change your way of eating and get healthy and lose weight this cookbook will for sure change your life!

fantastic cookbook

This book is beautifully laid out and the images are perfect. We used meal plans based on a budget and it took all the guesswork out of what we're eating. We love all recipes and we're so excited to have this great cookbook to use all the time. The recipes are beautiful and very delicious, and all the ingredients are simple

Whether it's a serious athlete or someone looking to become or remain healthy, this is a great book. It is full of amazing recipes. I have read many books on healthy living and this is one of the best books whether you are vegan or not. It is a book for everyone.

A good resource

This cookbook was more informative than I thought it was going to be, not only did it go into the Ketogenic diet but it also touched upon being a Vegetarian. It was well thought out and so easy to understand. Loved the recipes I tried so far I’ve been on a Vegetarian Keto diet for over a year now and was looking for some new recipes to re-ignite my enthusiasm. Every single one of these recipes look amazing! The authors really present the Vegetarian Keto Plan in a simple, easy to follow format. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to try the Ketogenic diet and it doesn't matter if you're vegetarian or not.
