who you are, what influences what we become, limiting beliefs,
reflecting, journaling, etc. DEVELOPING YOUR LEADERSHIP SKILLS -
seeking resources, mentoring, focus on 4 key areas; communication,
critical thinking, decision making and working with people/groups.
WHERE ARE YOU GOING? - goal setting, maintaining balance, etc. HOW
DO YOU GET THERE? - action planning, visualization techniques,
developing a personal mission statement, etc. Included in the book
are 27 Action Steps that challenge the reader to complete exercises
and activities that will help in their leadership development. A

page. $1.00 from the sale of each book will be donated to The Water
Fight, a non-profit foundation that develops water wells in Africa.
The foundation was developed by a 15 year old young man in 2010,
whose story is included in the book. The foundation has constructed
19 wells to-date
