Four friends with a history of eccentric behavior discover a
producer of child pornography right in their own neighborhood. With
no actual authority they apprehend him, but find their lives in
danger because of the producers 'other job'. Trapped in the world
of international terror, they turn to their friends. One in
particular, an outcast Federal agent, forced to retire, steps in to
sort out the minefield and muster their significant resources for
the fight.
