I have had my previous coffee machine for over 10 years and the only reason I replaced it was that the heat plate was starting to rust. It was fully functional at the time. Sometime last year the digital display, just refused to display correctly. This year a few weeks ago the power button refused to power off and now not on anymore. I think a product like this that just packs up after its warranty has expired is really not a good impression for the brand. I do not recommend this brand.
