Martin Sheen and Mena Suvari star in this gritty crime thriller. After arresting her own partner to prevent him from shooting a handcuffed citizen, officer Jessica Dawson (Suvari) is transferred to internal affairs and tasked with investigating two narcotics detectives (Jesse Bradford and Lochlyn Munro) accused of killing an innocent teenager during a drugs raid. Determined to uncover the truth behind a possible cover-up and bring the perpetrators to justice, the unflinching detective finds her life under increasing threat as she clashes with head of department Captain Richards (Sheen) and his staff.
