Subtitled the reconstruction of the social organization of a
mesolithic culture in Northern Europe', this book is based on a
structural analysis of the Ulkestrup Huts in Central Zealand. The
distribution patterns of microliths and arrangement of hearths,
bark floors and other patterned evidence are compared with all the
available evidence from northern Europe to suggest some general
patterns and possible future directions for research.
