Awoken alone in alien surroundings filled with the incessant hum
and tapping of machinery, Doc finds himself blind, immersed in pain
with no recollection of how he has materialized in the intensive
care unit. The quest for insights begins..."Sojourner of Polar
Discord" chronicles the existential saga of Doc, an idealistic
college student, plodding through the 1970s. Life is good with
college life of friends, parties, and excursions out in the Arizona
