After many years of trying to get to the top of his profession, Ron Young finally gets his opportunity, makes the most of it and guides his Cinderella team into the Final Four Championship. Ron Young has his days of glory and then the tables turn on him as he has to deal with the NCAA Investigators for cheating violations. Ron Young's basketball career, which covers over thirty years of dedicated service, and honest hard work is destroyed after one year trying to make it to the "Big Dance."
