The hope in a child's heart "Dad will come and take me home"

Mon, 26 Sep 2022 | Review by: Andre D.

It is very good to understand the past and its effect on a life that did not choose it. The resilience of Ron and how he got through the pain confirms that your choices in life determine where you end. The statement "Dad will come and take me home" caused tears to my eyes because of the hope in a little child to be rescued from life circumstances he did not choose but had to face. In every human being, there is a god-void or vacuum that needs to be filled. People try to fill it with alcohol, drugs, immorality and all the lusts on offer in the world, YET their true Father in heaven is waiting to rescue them and come to them and bring them home to safety, peace, love, and joy. Here I am also reminded of the parable in the Bible about the prodigal son who said I am going back to my father. It is a choice each and everyone must make one day before death. I made mine 52 years ago and never regretted it.
