Waited patiently for my unit and when it arrived the box looked like it had been opened and not properly sealed. When I opened it the packaging wasn't even wrapping the product properly. Then its got a bunch of scratches and scuff marks on it. So disappointed in Loot and i definitely wont be ordering anything on this site anymore.

Great experience with LOOT

This is a good machine for DIY beginners. In reference to Floyd R; It is such a pity that you have had a bad experience. I received my package within 4 days of placing my order and the equipment was still in the original (sealed) box as provided by the manufacturer. I regularly order goods from LOOT and have never had any issues with their service.
