If you are looking for a warm, fluffy read, Warrior Rising is definitely not for you There is something seriously wrong with me, and I'm not just talking about the fact that demons live inside of me. No, there's definitely more to it than this. I cant stop loving Bane. He is evil incarnate. An archaic lust to drink the pain and fear-laced blood of humans runs through his immortal veins. He is one of Lucifer's sons, for crying out loud And still I can not stop loving him. But unloving Bane is the least of my worries, now that The Coven of Hallows has found out that Bane and I have the Love-Bond. The Coven wants to sacrifice me. Rune wants to make me his immortal lover. Roman is being possessed by one of Lucifer's sons. And something has happened to Izzy. She's gone. I refuse to believe she has been murdered. I have to believe that Rune is holding her captive in order to soon convince me to go to him. I'm not sure. . . . But I am sure that after I heal from this knife wound in my chest, I will fight. I will fight like my ancestors once had. I may have fallen. I may have nearly lost my life, but I can guarantee, when I rise again, I will rise a warrior.
