great Panel, poor technology interface and customer support

I have an LG C8 65 inc which I use as my main TV. bought this for my bedroom so that the screen difference isn't soo big when changing screens. The initial impression was impressive, much brighter than the C8. however, I soon started experiencing image ghosting. after many attempts, I had to log a support ticket which took over two weeks to get a response. which was to hard reset the TV and reinstall the apps. Further Apps such as Amazon do not work directly of the Store. I have used the tv now for around 100 hours and there is crazy image retention. I don't play games or leave static images on the screen either and have the screen saver set to kick in asap. I did multiple pixel refreshers from youtube as the tv doesn't have one built-in, some cleaning occurred yet the picture is still quite bad. I logged another ticket not sure what to expect. maybe the newer model is better. I am so far disappointed but hopeful.
