STABILO Carbothello Pastel pencils are dry and dusty with the consistency and quality of coloured charcoal. The pencils can be used dry colours blended on the paper, or they can also be used with water as watercolour pencils. The strength of the colours means that they also work well on dark papers. High pigmentation guarantees great luminosity and opacity as well as colour-fastness and colour brilliance.
