Randy Brady, host of morning show on KFAX Radio (Spirit of the Bay)
was diagnosed with a terminal cancer. He was open and shared on the
air the ups and downs of his treatments. Mesothelioma is a wicked
disease. It shows up twenty to thirty years after exposure and at
this time, there is no cure. Where do you go? What do you do? A day
by day, play by play detail of events are listed in this book. It
may help some mesothelioma patients ideas to discuss with their
doctors course of treatments or how to manage pain. When the
terminal diagnosis was given to us, we were showered by the
goodness of the people in the community. Over two hundred people
came to our rescue by acts of kindness, meals, financial help and
prayer. True acts of love and grace. This is our story. For every
paper copy sold, a dollar will go to the Bay Area Rescue Mission
and to UCSF Cancer Center for research.
