emphasis: Blackstone wanted to inform all Christians that Jesus
Christ would return again. However, this book also contains
numerous reflections on the previous manifestations of Jesus within
the ancient scriptures. Direct quotes from the Gospel are gathered
together in support of various assertions, such as the impending
resurrection of Jesus and the founding of Israel as a nation state.
The dispensationalist study throughout Jesus Is Coming makes it a
valuable reference manual. Indeed, by the modern day it has been
translated into over four dozen languages, having claimed an
appreciative readership in the millions since first publication.
The book formed a crucial part of Blackstone's campaigns for a
Jewish state; a phenomena he considered supported by numerous
passages in the Holy Bible.
