At the beginning of the third millennium, the social "exchange"
value of creativity is becoming greater and greater. In a worldwide
landscape which has been altering at an uncontrollable speed, the
individual is called upon to manage not only his or her private
chronotope but also its almost daily changes in a child-like,
fresh, versatile, original manner. At the same time, however, the
individual is also called upon to find solutions to older problems
by traveling new roads; problems such as the issue of coexistence
on this planet, on which the future of the survival of the species
now seems to be at stake. In the present volume, Creative Problem
Solving, the bibliography of theoretical and research issues which
are, by their very nature, intertwined and multileveled have been
revised and enhanced.
