Based on Philip Pullman’s third book in the His Dark Materials trilogy, The Amber Spyglass, Season 3, sees Lyra, the prophesied child, and Will, the bearer of The Subtle Knife, journey to a dark place from which no one has ever returned. As her father’s great war against the Authority edges closer, they will learn that saving the worlds comes at a terrible price.
David Blair directs this British drama, loosely inspired by John Steinbeck's novel 'Of Mice and Men'. Set in Nottingham, the film revolves around the relationship between the thuggish Danny (Stephen Graham) and Joseph (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), a giant of a man with a mental age of seven. When Danny finds himself in debt to a local crime boss, he feels he is left with no choice but to manipulate Joseph into participating in a series of underground cage fights from which Danny can profit. Salvation appears to call out to both men when they begin relationships with Lisa (Emma Stansfield) and Isabel (Maxine Peake), but will they be able to escape the bloody world of gambling and fighting Danny has plunged them into?
Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne star in this action film following DC Comics supervillains who are transformed into a team of anti-heroes. Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) heads up a secret government agency for which she forms Task Force X aka the Suicide Squad - a group of unlikely heroes made up of imprisoned criminals. Once released from Belle Reve penitentiary, the squad, which includes Deadshot (Smith), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Boomerang (Jai Courtney), El Diablo (Jay Hernandez), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Slipknot (Adam Beach), The Joker (Leto) and Harley Quinn (Robbie), must carry out life-threatening covert operations, under the command of leader Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman), to protect the planet from unseen evils.
A double-bill of sci-fi horror. In John Carpenter's 'The Thing' (1982), a research team in the Antarctic, led by R.J. MacReady (Kurt Russell), discovers a spaceship buried beneath the ice, and becomes terrorised by the shape-changing monster that is housed within. In the 2011 prequel, the action is set on a research site in Antarctica three days before the action of the original story, the film focusing on the Norwegian camps that were the initial target of the alien invasion. When they discover an alien spacecraft on the site, science graduate Kate Lloyd (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and experienced researcher Dr Sander Halvorson (Ulrich Thomsen) disagree about how to act. When Dr Halvorson refuses to abandon his research, Kate teams up with tough Vietnam veteran Sam Carter (Joel Edgerton) to pursue the alien intruders by helicopter.
Badly wounded and suffering from amnesia, Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) is pulled out of the Mediterranean by fishermen, and is able to recall neither who he is nor what happened to him. His only clue to his identity is the number of a Swiss bank account which has been etched into a device implanted in his body. Following the lead to Zurich, he discovers money, passports and a gun waiting for him, but also earns the attention of the security services and has to leave in a hurry. He then persuades a young woman named Marie Kreutz (Franka Potente) to drive him to Paris, where he hopes to find out his true identity and discover the reason why the CIA are taking such an interest in him. Directed by Doug Liman ('Swingers', 'Go').

Action thriller starring Jason Statham, Clive Owen and Robert De Niro, based on the 1991 novel 'The Feather Men' by Sir Ranulph Fiennes. Danny must face a trio of assassins dispatched by The Clinic's merciless leader, Spike (Clive Owen).
