Our objective has always been to produce an English-language
comprehensive, but yet compact, book of hadith that is easy to read
and understand by Muslims and non-Muslims alike. Simply put, there
is no one book of hadith that meets that criterion better than the
book written by Imam Al-Nawawi in the thirteenth century and known
as Al-Nawawi Forty Hadiths and Commentary. The book covers all
aspects of Islam from the very basic abstract definitions to the
most practical daily chores. It contains all the major sharia laws.
The book is a horse's mouth for hadith commentary and is the cream
of the crop of all hadith books. We translated from Arabic Imam
Al-Nawawi's book in its entirety including the lines of poetry.

is complete, accurate, unfiltered, and unbiased.
Imam Nawawi's classic manual of Islam, 'al-Maqasid', was first
composed as a 'fiqh matn', or synopsis of the practical
requirements of Islam - faith, purification, the prayer, charity,
fasting, and pilgrimage - for students to memorise. The handbook's
clear and concise style will help anyone seeking to learn the
essentials of Islamic practice and spirituality from a reliable,
traditional source. Although best known for his work on 'hadith',
Yahya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi (d. 676AH/1277AD) was also the Imam of
the later Shafi'i school of jurisprudence, and widely acknowledged
as the intellectual heir of Imam Shafi'i. He was a great scholar
and jurist who dedicated his life to the pursuit of Islamic
learning.
Imam Nawawi's commentary on Sahih Muslim is one of the most highly
regarded works in Islamic thought and literature. Accepted by every
sunni school of thought, and foundational in the Shaafi school,
this text, available for the first time in English, is famed
throughout the Muslim world. After the Qur'an, the prophetic
traditions are the most recognised source of wisdom in Islam.
Amongst the collected Hadith, Sahih Muslim is second only to the
the collection of Imam Bukhari. With a commentary by Imam Nawawi,
whose other works are amongst the most widely-read books on Islam,
and translated by Adil Salahi, a modern scholar of great acclaim,
this immense work, finally available to English readers, is an
essential addition to every Muslim library, and for anybody with an
interest in Islamic thought. Volume 3 includes the complete Book of
Cleansing, which covers purity, cleanliness, ablution, wudu and
prayer, as well part of the Book of Prayer.

An enduring classic work on the etiquette that a Muslim must or
should have with regard to handling and reciting the Quran (the
Muslim scripture). The topics this volume raises include: ritual
cleanliness, opportune times for recitation, the etiquette that
students have with their teachers (and that teachers must have with
their students), and variety of other issues that every Muslim
should know and frequently ask about.
This collection of forty 'hadith' by one of the most famous
compilers of 'hadith' is generally regarded as the most popular
anthology and the best introduction to the study of the Prophet's
sayings which, together with the Qur'an, contain the essential
teachings of Islam. The Arabic original has been printed alongside
the English translation for the benefit of those with a knowledge
of Arabic. The translation, by two scholars working in close
collaboration, combines accuracy with readability.
