A young pilot sneaks his family onto a cruiser heading away from Earth and towards a new planet, Eden. They are already underway when he learns the truth: There is no Eden. Worldwide population is approaching 20 billion people. Because of the catastrophes caused by this massive overpopulation, wars, epidemics, famines all threaten humanity’s existence. The world’s governments organize a massive exodus towards Eden, a planet recently discovered and identical to Earth. A cruiser capable of holding millions of settlers in stasis is created. Tyler, a new space pilot, secretly brings his wife and son aboard the ship. Once the ship has passed the dark side of the Moon, however, the admiral in chief reveals to the crew’s new recruits that Eden doesn’t exist. The real mission is to send the colonists into space, where they'll freeze to death and lower the population. Tyler is now in a race against the clock to save his family and bring the dark truth to light.
