David Hogan directs this action thriller in which a group of government agents and scientists attempt to save the world from imminent destruction. When material from an imploded white hole is flung towards Earth, the planet suffers extreme damage - to the extent that experts fear it will stop rotating on its axis. Federal agent John Streich (Robert Knepper), his son Andy (Cameron Bright) and scientist Chloe Edwards (Julia Benson) lead efforts to try and save the day. The only hope for survival appears to lie in the form of a disgraced scientist known as Rothman (Bruce Davison) and an obscure satellite network. Will mankind be able to prevent the apocalypse?
Paul Ziller directs this disaster movie following the havoc wreaked by a giant root system that grows at an exponential rate and tears through everything in its path. A pair of environmentalists, Kate (Luisa D'Oliveira) and Joe (Jesse Moss), are among the first to encounter the bizarre phenomenon of the root, but so great is the damage it causes that it is soon a matter of widespread concern. Government agent Jack Taylor (Adrian Pasdar) is one of those tasked with finding a way to contain the problem and seeks out plant expert Jocelyn Snow (Stefanie von Pfetten) for her advice. There are a range of theories on what may lie behind the dangerous plant system, but Jocelyn is convinced that the seed engineering of Frame Marcos (James Morrison) is at the heart of it.
Ed Quinn and Pascale Hutton star in this sci-fi action drama directed by W.D. Hogan. In the small town of Ascension, construction worker Thomas Walsh (Quinn) is based at the foot of Mount Lincoln. When tremors start to shake the earth around them Walsh decides to investigate the history of the mountain to see if anything similar has been recorded there before. As he crosses paths with geologist Emily Allington (Hutton) who is also researching the mountain, they discover that it is not the mountain that is causing the tremors, but what lives inside it.
