The Chocolate Martini was inspired by the fresh seafood available daily in the waters of Bocas Del Toro. The home made Fresh Pasta, Ravioli, Meats and Chicken, Sauces, Soups and Breads rounded out the needs of our guests. This was the last of 8 restaurants owned by the author and his wife before they retired. Trip Advisor rated them number 2 after being open only 6 months
Cosmic and Simply Delicious Pizza were so much more than just Pizza. The Owner /Chef and his wife started these 7 restaurants on a shoe string. The last restaurant, Cosmic Pizza was the culmination and last in Northern California. These recipes had people driving over 80 miles just for Pizza. Adults loved that they could get wonderful Ribs, Tapas and Pasta, Soups and Salads as well as Pizza, Gourmet Pizza . Your family and friends will love these dishes, Enjoy
