Do You Hear What I Hear? is a delightful mixed-bag that makes for interesting reading. It is one part the memoir of a small town California girl who sets her sights on Broadway, and gets there. This journey is described humorously and inspirationally. Another part of the narrative concerns the adventures MARGE RIVINGSTON experiences in those heady days of being in show business and being young in New York.
There is another dimension, and that is the good solid advice the author has for those aspirants of today who dream of the "bright lights."
