Building Information Modeling (BIM) refers to the consistent and continuous use of digital information throughout the entire lifecycle of a built facility, including its design, construction and operation. In order to exploit BIM methods to their full potential, a fundamental grasp of their key principles and applications is essential. The book's content is divided into six parts: Part I discusses the technological basics of BIM and addresses computational methods for the geometric and semantic modeling of buildings, as well as methods for process modeling. The APT was developed as a traceable framework of the main principles of capital asset pricing in financial markets. It investigates the causes underlying one of the most important fields in financial economics, namely the relationship between risk and return. The APT provides a thorough understanding of the nature and origins of risk inherent in financial assets and how capital markets reward an investor for bearing risk. Its fundamental intuition is the absence of arbitrage which is, indeed, central to finance and which has been used in virtually all areas of financial study. Since its introduction two decades ago, the APT has been subject to extensive theoretical as well as empirical research. By now, the arbitrage theory is well established in both respects and has enlightened our perception of capital markets. This paper aims to present the APT as an appropriate instrument of capital asset pricing and to link its principles to the valuation of risky income streams. The objective is also to provide an overview of the state of art of APT in the context of alternative capital market theories. For this purpose, Section 2 describes the basic concepts of the traditional asset pricing model, the CAPM, and indicates differences to arbitrage theory. Vor allem die gesprochene Sprache ruckt dabei ins Interesse der (romanistischen) Sprachwissenschaft. Vergleicht man einige romanische Sprachen miteinander, fallen zahlreiche Gemeinsamkeiten auf, die ganz und gar nicht mit dem klassischen Latein vereinbar sind. Daher muss es eine Sprachvarietat gegeben haben, welche man wissenschaftlich als Vulgarlatein bezeichnet. Interessant ist hierbei vor allem, in welchem Masse der Hindenburg-Mythos und das Denkmalprojekt bei Tannenberg nationalistisch aufgeladen waren und sich so geradezu dafur anboten, von den Nationalsozialisten schliesslich fur ihre Zwecke instrumentalisiert zu werden, eine Offerte, die von den Agitatoren des Dritten Reiches" gerne angenommen wurde. Der Tag von Potsdam und die Beisetzung Hindenburgs im Tannenberg-Denkmal sind dabei herausragende Beispiele fur die Vereinahmung des Generalfeldmarschalls durch die Propaganda der Nazis und werden in dieser Arbeit thematisiert. Da die Arbeit die Verbindung zwischen dem Hindenburgkult und dem Tannenberg-Denkmal zum Thema hat, wird im Verlauf der Arbeit weder ausfuhrlich auf Hindenburgs Funktion als Chef der OHL, noch auf sein politisches Wirken als Reichsprasident naher eingegangen. Diese beiden fraglos wichtigen Aspekte seines Lebens werden zwar im Hinblick auf den Aufbau seines Mythos angeschnitten, konnen aber im Rahmen einer Masterarbeit ebenso wenig ausfuhrlich behandelt werden, wie die Baugeschichte und Ausgestaltung des Tannenberg-Nationaldenkmals erschopfend betrachtet werden kann. Vielmehr soll veranschaulicht werden, dass das gesamte Denkmalprojekt von Beginn an kein Vorhaben der Weimarer Republik war, in dem Sinne, dass es von republikanisch gesinnten Kreisen getragen worden ware. Das Denkmal wurde ganz im Gegenteil zu einem Ort, an dem der Geist von Konservatismus und Nationalismus lebte und der ein Symbol des Revisionismus wurde, was nicht zuletzt von den Nationalsozialisten betont wurde.
