Paul Feig directs this comedy sequel starring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones. 30 years after their male predecessors saved the world from the ghosts and ghouls that haunted it, the new Ghostbusters Abby (McCarthy), Erin (Wiig), Jillian (McKinnon) and Patty (Jones) get news of spirits lurking beneath the streets of New York City. With the help of their secretary Kevin (Chris Hemsworth), the ladies don the famous boiler suits and set out on a mission to destroy the ghosts and save the world.

Later on in his life, Wilson (John Cusack)'s struggles turn to ones of health and sanity as his therapist Dr. Eugene Landy (Paul Giamatti) sees it necessary to have his patient permanently medicated. When Wilson, a shadow of his former self, meets car saleswoman Melinda (Elizabeth Banks) she finds herself determined to rid the innocent man of his brainwashing doctor and recapture the talent that he once possessed.

Outside of school, Max is taken under the wing of middle-aged steel tycoon Herman Blume (Murray), whose sons are boorish thugs. Things begin to go awry when Mr Blume falls for Miss Cross himself, and Max becomes unhinged with jealousy. His schemes to win the affections of his teacher grow ever more extreme, while his academic life threatens to collapse around him.
