Das Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es herauszuarbeiten, inwieweit sich die Szenarioanalyse als geeignetes Instrument erweist, Entscheidungstr ger in Unternehmen bei der strategischen Planung in unsicheren Zeiten zu unterst tzten. Dazu werden die Methodik erl utert, die Vorgehensweise aufgezeigt und bewertet sowie die Vor- und Nachteile der Szenarioanalyse erarbeitet. Zum anderen wird die Szenarioanalyse in einem Praxisbeispiel angewendet und deren praktischer Nutzen vor dem Hintergrund der theoretischen Erarbeitungen nachvollziehbar verdeutlicht.
