by his wife's secret life, which transforms this successful
buisnessman into a sociopathic menace. Julian Gando, an organized
crime figure, is thrust into a into a new role that complicates
both his personal as well as professional well being. Stephe Davis
and the Oraganized Crime Tash Force are the group of law
enforcement professionals whos job it is to put an immediate end to
the horrific acts the forementioned have commitied. Philadelphia,
its suburbs and Atlantic City furnish the locales that must be
investigated in order to solve serial killings and planned
executions that have the public up in arms. Expect the unexpected
in this fast paced crime novel that comprises part two of this
trilogy.
"A Shot of Brandi" is the the first installment in the Philadelphia
Crime Series. The story introduces the Organized Crime Task Force,
a group of Philly's finest crime solvers who persue high profile
cases. However in this first story, they are saddled with two cases
at the same time. The first involves Rick Grosse, a low level and
likeable crime figure who provides hsi customers with everything
from women to sports events to illegal materials, trying to stay
under the radar. At the same time, two apparent mob hits grip the
city of Philadelphia who have had their fair share of such violence
in its history. Stephen Davis leads a group of crime fighters in
his quest to solve these two cases, but not every clue and
circumstance are what they appear to be. Expect the unexpected,
especially during the ending, and enjoy this fast pacwed page
turner.
In this the third installment of the Philadelphia Crime Series, the
OCTF is back. This time they are tracking a sniper who has take out
several icons that represent several insurance companies. The city
is split on the side of justice after the sniper sends a note to
the media. To complicate matters, the investigation complicated by
some unexpected romantic feelings, causing several conflicts of
interest. Our friend Julian Gando is not done either, as he
testifies against his superiors before being whisked away into
Witness Protection and his new life. But the past has away of
catching up to those who have "crossed the line," and the results
are usually both unexpected and dangerous. The familar twist, turns
and surprises will again make this novel a page turning, addictive
read. If you enjoyed "A Shot of Brandi" and Silk on the Rocks,"
this novel will grip you even more.
