All four movies from the action film series directed by George Miller. 'Mad Max' (1979), set sometime after an apocalyptic war, depicts a world in which the police have their hands full fighting roving motorcycle gangs. When the wife and child of cop Max (Mel Gibson) are murdered by one of the gangs, he sets out to get revenge. In 'Mad Max 2' (1981), following the road-side slaughter of his family, ex-cop Max roams the post-apocalyptic landscape alone. Reluctantly taking a pit-stop at a desert-set fortress, Max is gradually persuaded to help protect the people inside it and the commodity that makes it a prime target for marauding gangs - fuel. In 'Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome' (1985) Max, arriving in Bartertown in search of some stolen property, has to fight a duel in the Thunderdome arena. He is exiled to the desert by Bartertown's ruler, Auntie (Tina Turner), where he is rescued by a community of feral children. In 'Mad Max: Fury Road' (2015) Max (Tom Hardy) has been captured by a gang, led by the tyrannical Immortan Joe (Hugh Keays-Byrne). In order to escape Max teams up with Imperator Furiosa (Charlize Theron), a woman who wants to travel across the desert and find her way back home. But, after liberating five female captives from Joe's clutches, she too must escape from the crazy gang leader and his henchmen. Can they make it across the desert in one piece?

Double bill of American comedies starring Eddie Murphy as the titular Professor Sherman Klump (as well as Ernie Klump, Granny Klump, and Mama and Papa Klump). In 'The Nutty Professor' (1996), Sherman Klump, a shy, overweight chemistry professor invents a slimming formula which transforms him into the svelte, fast-talking Buddy Love (also Murphy). His new-found confidence means he can now happily date his pretty colleague Carla Purty (Jada Pinkett Smith), but when Buddy starts to take over, Sherman risks jeopardising his own career and his true self being lost forever. In the sequel 'The Nutty Professor 2' (2000) Sherman Klump, having decided to get married, asks for the hand of fellow scientist Denise Gaines (Janet Jackson) and is overjoyed when she accepts. But when Klump's fast-talking alter ego Buddy Love comes back on the scene, the ensuing havoc threatens to ruin all the professor's plans.

Vin Diesel stars as an immortal witch hunter in this fantasy action adventure. In the modern world where witches live in secret amongst humans, the warrior Kaulder (Diesel) is tasked with keeping the peace between the two factions as a coven plots to unleash the Black Death upon humanity. When his formidable nemesis the Witch Queen (Julie Engelbrecht) is resurrected by her loyal followers, Kaulder teams up with a witch, Chloe (Rose Leslie), to finally vanquish the Queen and stop her forces from destroying New York. The film also stars Michael Caine, Elijah Wood and Rena Owen.

Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning star in this Academy Award-nominated live action fantasy prequel to the 1959 Disney animation based on the classic fairytale. The beautiful Maleficent (Jolie) is a kind-natured woman but when she is betrayed while protecting her peaceful kingdom from an army invasion her heart begins to turn to stone. Maleficent takes her vengeance by putting a curse on Princess Aurora (Vivienne Jolie-Pitt), the young child of her enemy's successor. Over time, however, Aurora (Fanning) grows into a young woman and Maleficent comes to understand that the princess may be the only one who can bring peace back to the kingdom. The film also stars Sharlto Copley, Juno Temple, Brenton Thwaites, Imelda Staunton and Sam Riley.
