Facharbeit (Schule) aus dem Jahr 2012 im Fachbereich BWL - Personal und Organisation, Note: 1,5, - (Fachschule fur Wirtschaft, Reutlingen), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Zu Beginn meiner Betriebswirtarbeit bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es zwischen Konflikten und Mobbing einen enormen Unterschied gibt. Jedoch wurde ich durch meine Recherchen eines besseren belehrt. Der Unterschied zwischen Konflikten und Mobbing ist relativ gering. Die hauptsachlichen Abweichungen, bei diesen Verhaltensweisen, bestehen bei ihrer Entstehung und den Zielen. Die Folgen und die Losungsansatze sind beim Konflikt und dem Mobbing wiederum identisch. Es kann passieren, dass bei den betroffenen Personen erhohte existenzielle, psychische wie auch gesundheitliche Probleme auftreten konnen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte in den Unternehmen mehr getan werden. In Schulen ist es bereits ein Muss, das es Vertrauenslehrer oder spezielle Sozialarbeiter gibt. Diese Berater sollten auch in das Unternehmen etabliert werden, um fur Fuhrungskrafte und Mitarbeiter bei Problemen und in Konfliktsituationen als Anlaufstelle dienen zu konnen. Bei vielen grossen Firmen, sind spezielle Einrichtungen, wie Sozialberatungen oder einer telefonischen Hotline, schon vorhanden. Bei den Klein-, oder Mittelstandischen Betrieben kann, aufgrund des Kostenfaktors, eine solche Einrichtung nicht geschaffen werden. Alternativ konnten die Berater, durch Krankenkassen, Gewerkschaften oder den entsprechenden Kammern, wie der Handwerks- oder Handelskammer, den Firmen zur Verfugung gestellt werden. Jedoch musste dies hinreichend publik gemacht werden. Die einzelnen Mitarbeiter mussten wissen, dass eine Hilfestellung angeboten wird. Nur so konnen die Berater und deren kompetentes Fachwissen in Anspruch genommen werden. Solche Losungsansatze konnten einen wegweisenden Schritt in Richtung eines konflikt- und mobbingfreies Berufsleben sein
