This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Workshop on Collaborative Agents, Research and Development, CARE 2014, and the Workshop on Agents, Virtual Societies and Analytics, AVSC 2014, held as Part of AAMAS 2014 in Paris, France, in May 2014. The 10 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from more than 40 submissions. This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the International Workshop on Coordination, Organizations, Institutions, and Norms for Governance of Multi-Agent Systems, COIN 2017, co-located with AAMAS 2017, and the International Workshop on Coordination, Organizations, Institutions, Norms and Ethics for Governance of Multi-Agent Systems, COINE 2020, co-located with AAMAS 2020. The COIN 2017 workshop was held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in May 2017 and the COINE 2020 workshop was held virtually, in May 2020.
