"Homebuilt Firearms" is a great initiation for hobbyists who wish to try building a real gun from scratch, using only standard garage tools, NOT milling machines or lathes. Such a project is definitely a great learning and skill building experience for a person who enjoys gun sports and shooting-- and unusual, challenging projects.
