Mit der Expansion des internationalen Glucksspielmarkts gewinnen zunehmend Handlungsstrategien an Bedeutung, die der Pravention der Glucksspielsucht dienen. In diesem Zusammenhang verkoerpert die Spielsperre eine Erfolg versprechende Interventionsform, die weltweit in verschiedenen Marktsegmenten zum Einsatz kommt.
