Diese Frage stellte ich mir zum ersten Mal im Jahr 1978 bei einem Seminar in Bob Schwartz' School for Entrepreneure in Tarrytown, New York. Von den vier groBen Moglichkeiten fiir Entrepreneure, die Bob erwahnte, erschien mir eine als Widerspruch in sich selbst und erregte meine besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Bob zitierte seinen Freund Norman Macrae, der 1976 im Londoner Economist geschrieben hatte: "Erjolgreiche Grofiunternehmen sollten sich zu, Bundnissen von Ent repreneuren' entwickeln." 1 Bob meinte damals, daB Entrepreneure auch innerhalb von GroBunternehmen gewaltige Chancen haben konnten, wenn es geHinge, dafiir ein praktikables Modell zu finden.
