In esso, accanto alla denuncia della nefasta politica delle monacazioni forzate e delle colpevoli complicita della chiesa cattolica, si dispiega un'umana avventura dei sensi, giustificata dalla fede nella naturalezza degli istinti e dei bisogni affettivi delle donne, vittime incolpevoli di un'ingiusta oppressione.
